I just went to
Home
Depot today and look for some batteries on clearance section.I bought a high output 6.0 and high output 3.0 for $99.00.(for both)
If you have a Home Depot near you, might worth a shot.

Is waysource a legit site? I asked my neighbor who's a handyman's and he told me that fake batteries are a thing and they could be fake.
They are a Milwaukee authorized dealer. You can check here[milwaukeetool.com] and enter ZIP code 11218 under the 'Find Local' tab. They are listed as Safety Source Supply Corp, which is the name they traded as until recently.
Yeah. I know. Do you think their next Forge will be a 3.0, or do you think they will follow DeWalt's path and go for a more compact, lower capacity in the 2Ah arena?
I don't think ithey should go smaller, I think dewalt went smaller for there atomic line, but milwaukee tools are generally larger so a bigger battery would fit better
i would look on Craigslist or FB Marketplace. Lots of people sell extra ones that they got with kits. You should be able to pick up a standard charger (48-59-1812) for $20 or less.

What zip code?
Yes my zip doesn't have any and I can't just look around without getting locked out.
