The one warning I would give with this product is that you should be careful before adding anything else with lots of salt, as this already has a lot of salt.
I would NOT use it to make actual carne asada on a grill, but that's just my opinion. I think they would have been better off calling this "Mexican style seasoned salt"
Again, I really like it, but I don't exactly have the most refined tastes.

The Mexicans I know, aka my family, use (regular) Lawry's to season their carne asada. It's what I grew up on and what I still use. Never tried this flavor but I've been eyeing it for years.

Marinated with a little bit sunny d or orange juice
( btw, I usually do the marinate myself as they tend to use old meat to marinate and hide the smells )

This one is very, VERY "lime forward".
I wouldn't use it on any meat that isn't being paired with a starch.
However, it's great for a chelada and I'm pretty sure a lot of restaurants use it for rimmed margaritas.
Unless they totally changed the recipe on this in the past six months, it has a very prominent lime flavor.
What?

I bought one of the Lawry's one to try as I love the taste of lime on steak.
