4K format released today (April 30, 2024)
Vudu/Fandango is refusing to admit that 12 is available in 4K and won't let me check out with it in my basket and Apple also doesn't yet show the bundle as 4K. I assume that Apple will auto upgrade once their database updates, but will that filter across to the other MA services?

Yeah, I think there's some issues with Vudu and these films. I bought the physical steelbooks for all 3 films. Oceans Eleven redeemed as 4K with Movies Anywhere, but it ported to Vudu as HDX.

There's not even an option to buy the 4K version on Vudu.

I was gonna give it a week and then reach out to Vudu support if it didn't update. But I'm holding off redeeming my codes for 12 and 13 until there's a fix.

Vudu still hasn't updated them yet. Only retailer who has them in 4K at the moment is Apple.

According to a post on Reddit, Vudu was slow to update with The Departed as well - another recent WB 4K release. Took Vudu several days to update their catalog with the 4K after the disc was released.

Has anyone's Ocean's11 from the recent $12.99 deal on AppleTV converted yet?

Mine is still HD there.

According to their flyer the Oceans movies from Fanflix are $5.99 each, minimum buy 2. That's how it charged to my CC as well. I should have waited a little bit! I'd say the itunes trilogy buy is best option...

Although the deal is Mix & Match 4K - All three of these films are listed as HDX
I wouldn't trust Vudu to honor the deal as 4K

Apple doesn't ever show any bundles as 4K. They all say HD, but if you click/press on each movie, individually, they will show as 4K.

That's false. 13 was the best one. 12 was the only bad one.

Lol. I have never heard someone say they were waiting to buy from Microsoft. That is hands down the worst platform.
