The iPhone 11 is very old at this point, I wouldn't recommend anything older than the iPhone 12.

I had an iPhone 11 up until 2023 and the main issue was that the chip would get crazy hot. Battery was also affected by that

I was using an iPhone 11 like 6 months ago and it was behaving totally fine. Disagree that it's not usable right now, and the battery life will be right up there with the 12 whose battery life was natively poor.

Hi, I am having issues transferring GV number, But totalbyverizon says when they submit the porting request they are getting invalid account number. I did unlock the number paying $3, will I have to wait 2-3 business days for the unlock to happen from the google side, or is it immediate. Will I get a confirmation email from goggle once my number is unlocked?
Immediate. under setting it should say unlocked.

Any idea on how to remove credit card information from TW website after doing this deal?

TIA
The other option is to report your card lost and they send you a new card with new numbers. I do this every few months

Tried to order a third device. I've ordered one each from mine and my roommate's account. But the third order was canceled saying that only 2 orders per household are allowed at the discounted rate. Has anyone faced this?

2 per identity/account/household. Order second phone after account setup and 1st phone activated. Second line is $30

Are you trying to use an (unlocked) phone IMEI that was originally activated on a TbyV/TF/ST account ?
They keep IMEI's in the system for a while, even after unlocking & deactivating. I had to have one of mine rebranded by support before it could be reactivated on different TF brand (from ST to TF 2 months after it was unlocked&cancelled).
I was using the phones purchased from TF last week, BTW now both the GV numbers are ported and activated. Thanks

Ya, they all registered to the initial sim, so no matter what phone the "unlock" is sent from it will respond with the date of that initial sim, that's the way it went way back on the xr's.
So what's the best course of action from here? Should I proactively call support to make sure things are squared away? Would porting the numbers back out before the 60 days make it worse?

Upper right , just above the page numbers is a box--search this thread.
Sorry I am a bit confused. The wiki says that you need to insert the sim card and text unlock. Some of the responses say that we can keep the phone sealed and activate it using IMEI online.

I have already activated the number and ported my GV number. Do I need to do anything else to unlock or just wait for 60 days now

It would help if instead of downvoting, you could respond or clarify

I meant to ask if there is a US cellular provider that allows immediate port out. I don't want to port my main number

Pretty sure it's been answered.
I can't personally verify it works because I've always opened & activated all my TF/TW/ST phones.
Up to you if you want to try it that way.

Should it be immediately activated. Or can i activate after a month when my current plan ends?

Not sure if this helps anyone but here's what I saw on my end. I ordered 4 phones (2 for my account, 2 for wife's) and initially ported a single number in for the first phone. After it was up and running, I took that sim card and put it into each of the remaining phones and did basic setup (no Apple ID). Sent a text message on each to confirm they were working. When I check their SN on Apple's website, they show a warranty end date of 5/7/25 which is the date (5/7) I ported in the first number. Seems like it worked to get the 60 day clock running on all 4 phones with only one number ported in. That being said, I did end up porting in 2 more numbers. Last phone they can't get working after numerous support calls and a few sim cards. I may have done that to myself but if the 60 day clock already started, I'll just wait it out. Anyways YMMV.
As others have mentioned, you're almost certainly going to run into issues with phones not unlocking unless the original SIM cards they came with are activated on the Total network (or their corresponding eSIM). Moving the SIM card from one phone to another doesn't actually pull the correct unlock info for the next phone you move it to. When you text "unlock" to 611611, it's giving you the unlock date for the phone that was associated with that SIM when activated. If you pop that SIM into yet another new phone tomorrow, it's still going to reply with the unlock date of the first phone that it was activated on. However, the unlock countdown for that newest phone won't have actually started. It's crucial to actually get the original SIM or eSIM for each phone activated on their system to trigger the unlock countdown. The activation and unlock-trigger process can be a bit confusing and has caused some issues in many previous threads. It sounds like you have a bunch of stuff going on and might have also gotten the other corresponding SIMs activated separately with your porting, but definitely don't make any inferences based on text messages obtained through SIM-swapping.

Thanks. I will put the sim and text unlock for the 2nd phone as well. Don't wish to run in to issues

Understood. For what it's worth, each phone does have it's own SIM activated (and inserted) right now. I just called the "Unlocking Department" and they confirmed when each of my phones will be eligible to unlock and the dates seem to correspond with when I activated their individual SIM cards. Hopefully I dodged a bullet here but I guess I'll see in 55-57 days. Ironically, I ran into a similar issue with a phone from T-Mobile just yesterday. NIB phone that I got for "free" but never used. Went to unlock it so I could trade it in and they said it wasn't eligible because was never activated on their network. Lesson learned.
