The iPhone 11 is very old at this point, I wouldn't recommend anything older than the iPhone 12.

I had an iPhone 11 up until 2023 and the main issue was that the chip would get crazy hot. Battery was also affected by that

I was using an iPhone 11 like 6 months ago and it was behaving totally fine. Disagree that it's not usable right now, and the battery life will be right up there with the 12 whose battery life was natively poor.

when can you cancel the plan to avoid paying for the 2nd month? after porting over the number and sending the unlock text?

Is anyone else stuck on the "Please wait to get verified" page after sending in ID and a selfie? I've tried this for the past 3 days on multiple browsers, phone, laptop, partner's computer* (on a completely different network) and still just unable to get past this screen...

Think it just means that they need to verify your identity.

It never ends up getting done though? It just ends up taking so long on that one page that it logs me out and cancels, I've spoken to support both on the site and through a call and they haven't been able to help..

You don't need to actually cancel … it's prepaid service, so service just stops when the pre-paid plan runs out. Just make sure that auto-pay is turned off if you signed up with that option.

if I order this phone for trade in, do I need to turn on the phone to set it up? or just change the box and send it to apple?
