The iPhone 11 is very old at this point, I wouldn't recommend anything older than the iPhone 12.

I had an iPhone 11 up until 2023 and the main issue was that the chip would get crazy hot. Battery was also affected by that

I was using an iPhone 11 like 6 months ago and it was behaving totally fine. Disagree that it's not usable right now, and the battery life will be right up there with the 12 whose battery life was natively poor.

Yep … that clear plastic wrap is "sealed" shut. Sure, it's not a strong adhesive and can be "unsealed" and re-sealed without much problem if you do it carefully … but it's also fairly easy to tear the plastic edges when doing that, showing signs that it's been opened. Either way, some people would prefer to leave it completely factory-sealed and untampered with if giving it as a gift or reselling. They might not want to sell something as "factory-sealed" if they had actually opened it and then re-sealed it and I could understand that.

I bought two of these phones. When activating the first one, it let me choose a new number (no port necessary). The phone activated immediately and works fine with the new number. With the second phone, I was required to port a number. I chose "Other" for the carrier and ported an old Google Voice number that I wasn't using any more. I got a call from Total by Verizon that the port should complete in five days.

Apple phased out the plastic seal on iPhones starting with the iPhone 13. It wouldn't surprise me if iPhone 11's had no plastic seal, if they are not dead stock and are actually being manufactured to this day.

Up to 13, they had the plastic, they're not being manufactured, and new Iphones are still sealed, just not with wrap.

How are people able to get multiple GV numbers? It seems like Google doesn't let you get another one after port out?

Edit: Nevermind I see that you can use the ported over number to create a new GV. Interesting that you can port out GV then use that same number to create another GV number.

Did you just add the first one to cart without putting in a phone number? The deal clearly says when you switch and it won't let me through without putting in a number.

pc did not work, but phone did work for me. you have to click the link from your phone.

1st line is $50 plan -- 2nd line on same account is $30 discounted (multi line discount on $50 plan)

After the waiting period to port the existing number began, I received following text message. What should I expect to happen after I speak to a representative?

"Important message about your number transfer!
We have *stopped* processing your request because some information needs to be updated. Are you ready to chat with an agent? Reply Y or N."

Obviously reply didn't go through.

I saw that SMS after I talked to a representative but the reps I spoke to confirmed when the port would be done and that everything was normal (I activated on Friday at 5pm, port from Google Voice is scheduled for Wednesday afternoon).

Anyone successfully get the 6 months free Disney+ package? The CSR has no clue where that is and claimed I must get the $50 plan, which this promo is.
