I entered the GV port in details but I entered my own address instead of google address. The number is still not activated on Total wireless yet. Anyone on the same boat and do we need to call total to get the port in completed?

Give it a few business days -- you'll get a call/voicemail from Total telling you the port completion date

My order was returned by Verizon mid-shipment. Has this happened to anyone? I only ordered 1. Someone from Verizon stopped my ups shipment the day it was supposed to be delivered. Am I on some kind of blacklist?

It was returned by Total by Verizon (not Verizon) - they're 2 different companies. Seems like there was another person that had their order returned & were just told to reorder. They've been known to do it before, call & see if you can find out why.

Obviously, multiple calls have yielded nothing, just to reorder. Why would I spend more money only to gain the same result? No refund yet.
Total is a wholly owed subsidiary of Verizon, no one is confused.

True - they own Total/Tracfone company but they have nothing to do with shipping of phones. I expect you'll have to wait awhile for your refund, they're really slow.

I have filed a BBB complaint against Total By Verizon with all proofs. Lets see how it goes.

Filed regarding porting which got struck in total and they don't solve instead keep on transferring each other i.e customer care, porting team, corporate office and takes around 2 Hours of each call. Its happening from past 5days.

I will update once I got response.

I'm on call number 7, trying to get a refund/wondering why they cancelled me mid-shipment. Did you get a response from BBB?

P.S. My favorite response is:"Give me two minutes to check on that." She literally did that ten times.

FCC complaint>Number Porting>Total Wireless is easier. Top verizon support people are forced to call you about the issue.
