They keep sending and I keep ignoring them. I used to go to Starbucks a lot more. SBUX is getting crushed today, 2 year low. People are tired of the price increases and that includes me.

Starbucks CEO was interviewed by Jim Cramer on CNBC, DId not answer any questions directly except that kept repeating how they will communicate "value" to customers. Sounds hollow and unadulterated consultant-speak.

I am waiting for BOGO or just 50% off 1 drink ANYTIME, not in their normal slow 12-6 where they need to drum up more biz. Thought it was hilarious when they were trying to get people to play that stupid game to get a BOGO 12-6 coupon for the next day, when I was ignoring those worthless coupons when just given to me!

I have the offer in my app. I added 2 refreshers and still charged me for both at check out. I'm not sure why.

Agreed. It has gotten close to $5 just for a regular iced coffee. I didn't used to worry about it too much when it was closer to $3, but I'm definitely going a lot less and making my own at home more often now.

I used to love Starbucks but getting tired of these price gouging greedy folks. Will see more of these promotions now that their butt is on fire with recent drop in sales. I hope they learn their lesson ... pretty embarrassing performance by their new robotic CEO:

Just having it on the offers doesn't automatically make it work.
You have to click to apply the offer/coupon before you checkout

I've had this exact issue since around last September--I have the offer appear in the inbox-- click through the offer and put the drinks in and the BOGO never appears in the checkout process. very odd and no one can explain there why it's happening.

Yeah.. that's exactly what's happening to me. BOGO is in my offer. I clicked through the offer to order 2 drinks and BOGO never applied. There is no Apply button at check out.

Points expiring earlier, birthday reward only good for one day, price increase of 20-30%, why am I not surprised they're losing business.

I believe 'hand crafted' is just any drink that is made to order, i.e. not any of the pre bottled drinks
