You're thinking the 4060 ti which is about $360 open box and still 9% slower at 1080p as the 4060 is 31% slower at 1080p.
The 6800 widens the gap further at 1440p and 4k, the only competition at this price is its newer brother the 7700xt.
Considering an RTX 4600 8 GB overclocked card for $240, open box at MC.
For 1080p, it would seem to be a better option...

Pretty close to a 7700xt ($380) performance wise, both between a 3070ti and a 4070.

I believe Swift is the bottom of the line for XFX brand. Merc and Qick have bigger heatsink and better fans.
