You're thinking the 4060 ti which is about $360 open box and still 9% slower at 1080p as the 4060 is 31% slower at 1080p.
The 6800 widens the gap further at 1440p and 4k, the only competition at this price is its newer brother the 7700xt.

Here are the graphs for relative performance at techpowerup:
4060:

Pretty good deal. The 4060 is $400 and the 6800 is a much better card

About $15 off recent deals but looks to be the lowest ever on this card.

Pretty close to a 7700xt ($380) performance wise, both between a 3070ti and a 4070.

It's $340 if you have the promo code from Newegg email

I can't attach screenshots or copy the code on a cellphone...

I believe Swift is the bottom of the line for XFX brand. Merc and Qick have bigger heatsink and better fans.

**updated***
added screenshot with promo code - $340 after the $20 off promo code

Promo code is good until 5/8/2024
Up to 5 items per order

Considering an RTX 4600 8 GB overclocked card for $240, open box at MC.
For 1080p, it would seem to be a better option...

EDIT: Correction: RTX 4060 8 GB.

$340 for a 6800 (NEW) is a good deal imo. Updated my original post with screenshot + promo code

Also I don't care about AMD or Nvidia. I don't prefer one over the other.
It's all about the most performance per dollar. nod
