I have an extremely balanced and healthy diet, but need B12 and D vitamins periodically to keep my levels high enough that I don't feel shitty. Diet is not enough for some people.
For vitamin D, diet is rarely ever enough, and it's hard to even get enough sunlight either. A leading endocrinologist at UVA's medical center once mentioned that nearly everyone's vitamin D levels are low in the modern age, even if you spend a lot of time outdoors. Our ancestors used to spend much more time outdoors without as much cover.

Doctors are a scam these days.

I highly recommend checking out Dr. Berg on Youtube & Instagram.
"Doctors are a scam", but watch a Dr on YT recommended by a person on the internet. Dr Berg is NOT an MD, but a chiropractor. Thanks, but no thanks.

So you have to be an MD to know about health and wellness? But yet MDs largely prescribe pharmaceutical drugs and surgeries...

Dr. Berg started as a chiropractor and then shifted away from that into the field of proper and legitimate health care and education... all of which he shares for free! He only has nearly 12 million subscribers so he can't possibly know what he's talking about, right?

EDIT: It's also funny how you conveniently subquoted me and omitted everything I said exactly. Selective much? Big Grin shake head

What sucks is the 30% only applied for the first order of two items. After that, there was no 30% coupon mentioned at all on any of the other products.
I was able to get 4 bottles of B12 for $15 and change. That's enough for the rest of the year.

Doctors are a scam these days. They know/promote little to nothing about the nutritional and healing benefits of eating whole foods, and will only prescribe drugs, surgeries, etc., which do not solve core concerns.

Do your research, read case studies, and follow the truth!

I highly recommend checking out Dr. Berg on Youtube & Instagram. He specializes in health education and promotes the consumption of the right and best kinds of whole foods (among other things), ALL FOR FREE!

Stay healthy and well, Everyone! Smilie
Dr. Berg is an idiot. Don't be so naive.

I've practiced everything he's taught me and have never felt better, so I guess I am naive for believing an "idiot." 😂

You realize he's a chiropractor, not a medical doctor. He's also a scientologist lol. Even his son publicly calls him a quack.

You're not paying attention. You don't have to be an MD to know about health care. He shares the peer reviewed research that falsifies everything the media and general society wants us to believe about what to eat and avoid eating to achieve genuine and sustainable health. He even practices the findings too, and then passes the knowledge on to us!

Verify it yourself and give his advice a try and see how it treats you.

Do your research on Cyanocobalamin, a synthetic form of B12 and is part cyanide.
I have just done it.
Oh My, There is Cyanide in B12 Supplements. Really. The amount of cyanide in B12 supplements isn't a cause for concern. The real concern is misleading pseudoexperts.

My doc says i need 8 weeks of B12 shots. I wonder if i can get away with these supplements instead

I am not sure if i should trust my doctor as their main interest seems to be pushing as many drugs as possible
