This is a nice deal if you want a white open chassis setup. I Have the black version of this and it is the most practical computer case I have ever had, as I am pretty much always tweaking things. It has also solved all my component ventilation issues, as the open design allows for the maximum air exchange. It might not be the quietest setup in terms of not hearing fans for the GPU, AIO or CPU depending on your setup. Then again, you will not hear any case fans because you do not need them.

Great deal, as long as you do not need E-ATX motherboard support. If you need support for extended ATX, then you will want the P3 TG Pro.

I will never understand the appeal of an open computer case.

I don't know much about them but they do look pretty cool from build pix I've seen. What're the downsides?

Pros: Good Thermals, low noise level qnd look. Cons: dust. The pro version is a real upgrade imho.

Sure, but don't kid yourself if you think you won't get dust in your closed case either. All of mine do even with dust filters. Ive ran open air cases in dusty basements for extended periods of time for mining years ago and open air cases don't seem to get that much dustier overall.

I have a case from 2017. it accumulates a small amount more than my closed Fractal R5. I actually find it easier to clean since the components are already exposed.

Note - this does not include the case fans, add another $25 per fan

Not true, see this noise normalized test on the P3 TG PRO [techpowerup.com]. Only pro is the aesthetics honestly (and assembly & disassembly possibly).

The rationale is that yes, you will have better thermals than a closed case at a fixed fan speed (since nothing on the interior or exterior is impeding the air flow) but nothing is stopping the fan noise either. This isn't a blanket statement on open air test bench styles being worse since where the fans are, where they are pointed, number of fans, etc. all matter. But it explains why a case like the Cooler Master SIlencio 352 [coolermaster.com] can good at a noise normalized test. Your fans will be running faster across the board but more of the noise will remain in the case.

Dude, open air case will attracts all kind of dust, unless that room have air filtered up the wazoo.

In my usage, having an open air case has not attracted any additional dust other than the type of dust you'd find over time in the filter of your air conditioning/cooling return air duct. Unless you live in the desert or alongside an unpaved road, the dust accumulation has been no worse than other systems in my house with a regular computer case with panels and case fans.

I have two of these things. Black one I got at Fry's (yep that old) and a red AMD one I salvaged from a recycling bin.

Only the CPU heatsinks and GPU collected dust. My normal cases collected dust on the filters AND GPU and CPU

This is a wonderful case. It is also wall mountable, the feet are removable and you can use certain types of TV mounts to mount them.
