No half sizes.. I bought this brand last time, 11 is a bit tight, your toes are hitting the tip, 12 is too big.

Also what is weatherproof, not water proof?

Weatherproof is the brand, not the actual rating for use in water or type of weather. They sell them at Sam's club as well and in my experience, their items are cheaply made.

I think shoes might be but I had their winter jacket and it laster many winters, though they don't keep you warm that much, just good for a walk to store or when taking garbage out in cold etc. Decent value on jackets, but wouldn't recommend the boots, especially with no half sizing.
