Nissan Key FOB programing

Hello,
Need a new FOB key for my Nissan Rogue - which I could find on Amazon (https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B07Z543C4K/) - this says that I can self program - however not clear if this also means once the key is cut at a local Home Depot, it will also start the vehicle. Anyone have experience with these?
If it still requires additional programing to start - any recommendation where I can get in economically programmed? [Ace Hardware and/or Autozone don't do this]. Dealer is asking for $450 for FOB+ programing.

As for programming, it depends on the car. Some cars have separate procedures for programming the remote and the immobilizer. Some cars don't have an immobilizer and some of these aftermarket keys don't come with the immobilizer chip and expect you to physically transfer the chip (encased in plastic) over from the old key to the new one.
On my non-nissan car, I tried a bunch of procedures that the internet said might work, none did. They changed the immobilizer mid year and I had to buy a cheap programmer to program my key. Once I had it programmed, none of the usual scumbags would cut the key.
Do you still have the old FOB or is it lost? If so, I'd actually shop ebay / craigslist / etc. for a used OEM FOB. You could swap the physical key from the old FOB to the new one and if it's OEM programming will be a non-issue. You could also swap the physical key with this Amazon aftermarket alternative as well but I'm guessing this is a case of 'I lost the FOB.'
I did get a standard key cut for emergency at Home Depot that can open the door - but will not start (meaning that the car has an immobilizer system).
What I am looking for is a FOB that is replacement to my existing one (remote open + start). What I could make out from Amazon website is that this FOB can remote open the door but does not say it will also start - so looking to adding this start option too (cutting I am sure Home Depot can do that). If there is a tool to program the immobilizer (assuming this FOB has the required chip), link to same would be appreciated.

Looking closer at the Amazon listing, it actually gives two sets of programming instructions one of which is basically call a locksmith (for "smart key").
It sounds like the procedure that involves turning the key back and forth 6-10 times may erase all other stored keys. It may program the immobilizer. I'd suggest you take a deep dive on youtube and some nissan forum websites before you attempt. It's not entirely clear to me how you program additional keys. There may be a different procedure you can use if you still have a functioning key.
You could find yourself with no keys that start the vehicle, I'd also get the key cut before you attempt even if it limits your ability to return.
