Well that's a recent price drop for sure...

For those curious, we had a nugget and this unit is far inferior and its not even close. On the prior thread people readily conceded the nugget is better but it seemed "close" by the reviews.

This thing is small, flimsier, and less well made (you'll absolutely notice the zippers). Now obviously the price is different but if you were only getting 1 the nugget is the easy call. A small to medium adult could even comfortably sleep on a nugget which isn't a deciding factor but I could see it being a toddler bed if you wanted...

Kids enjoyed it for about half a year. They sit mostly unused in the corner but a few times a month they'll use it.

Edit: I don't think I would buy again tbh since it takes up space but of course up to the buyer.

I think your kids mileage will always vary but the Nugget lives in our living room and my kids use it almost daily. As a couch, fort, crazy kid falling/jumping off games, cartwheel mat. We've probably had it for 3 years. My kids are currently 6, 8, and 10.

My kids used to play with the outdoor cushions to build forts and if you shop for high quality large couch cushions or outdoor cushions the price is about the same.

Even buying a large foam mattress cutting it up yourself and getting covers is not that cheap. Tbh this price is about right imo

My local Costco, 94080, has it for $119... It's crazy seeing the price dropping from $199, $159, $149 to $119.

$119 is no brainer... my kids(3, 6) love the set and can play this all day.

saw these in store and I was commenting what an overpriced junk it is. plus like many people commented it takes up space and kids will only play it for a short time and they move on.

We have the Nugget (two, actually) and they've lasted us around 4 years now. My oldest (11) still enjoys forts, couches stair slides with them. They also are great when it's sleep-over night - it's nice to provide a "bed" instead of just the basement floor.
It's reported that there are... grownup uses for them as well (wink, wink, nudge, nudge) that'll keep the fun rolling along.
