Picked this up as a light to cut my hair as it was pretty much the same price as other led lights but much brighter.
Absolutely love this thing. Breaks down and sets up easy

FYI, I ordered one of these hart work lights online and it came with a leg broken at the collar of the tripod. I tried to replace it at my local Walmart and talked to 3 people that wouldn't let me exchange or honor the online price (including a manager). I was not rude or argumentative with them, but I did fill out a survey and the store manager reached out to me to try and rectify the issue. I was told they should have exchanged or honored the online price. Out of spite, I looked at other options on Amazon and bought this light rated at 21k lumens for $52:
https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0CY44B3Z2?th=1
I just got it today. The tripod is taller and more sturdy than the hart version. The 3 lights have independent switches, so you can pick and choose which ones you want to light up. I used a watt meter and each light measured about 50 watts (150 w total) even though it was rated at 70w per light. The lights can be removed from the tripod and be used as a floor light. It appears to be brighter than the hart, but I returned it and can only just from memory. Even though the price dropped another $3 on the hart light, I'm more satisfied with the light from Amazon for the slightly extra cost.

That ain't awful, tbh - really hope you post a follow-up and share your results.

With the Ridgid inverter and a fully charged 4Ah battery I got 41 minutes of runtime.
My Hart light came in perfectly, well packaged in a larger box with air bags. The plastic washer on the tripod was undamaged, and no wobble.

Sure beats the Husky [homedepot.com] at more than double the price.

Inverters used for battery time tests:

Ryobi 150-Watt Power Source for ONE+ 18V Battery [homedepot.com]

Ridgid 18V Cordless 175-Watt Power Inverter [homedepot.com]

My results using inverters and batteries on this Hart light follows. Realize that battery age and condition could be a factor on time. Batteries were fully charged before time test.

Ryobi Inverter + Ryobi 4Ah HP battery = 47 minutes
Ryobi Inverter + Ryobi 6Ah HP battery = 1 hour 24 minutes
Ryobi Inverter + Ryobi 9Ah HP battery = 2 hour 10 minutes
Ridgid Inverter + Ridgid 4Ah battery = 59 minutes
Ridgid Inverter + Ridgid 6Ah Octane battery = 1 hour 32 minutes
Ridgid Inverter + Ridgid 9Ah Octane battery = 2 hour 17 minutes

Appears the Ridgid inverter is a little more efficient.

The Hart light can also be dimmed using a variac.

For me, it's a keeper.

That's a nice light, even better is that you can take off the light from the stand and put them on the floor. Very useful feature on my old halogen ones.

Mine arrived a few days back. Was in a large Walmart box with a ton of air packs. Light works perfectly, perfect for an average homeowner. I'll use it on random projects around the house/on the car detailing etc

Mine arrived today in a FedEx box and inside the parts were scattered about in a beat up Hart box - the pole wasn't even in the Hart box, it was just throw into the FedEx box!! The lamp was clearly used. It has paint all over it, dried up plaster (see pic). Shipping it back and they're sending a replacement.

Not very bright and a very cool color even when compared to smaller harbor freight light. Wish I could try to find a tripod setup like this with modern led brightness.

I have to ask, in all seriousness, just what TF do you consider "bright?"

Arrived yesterday and they're solid. Tripod is very stable if a bit doofy looking, cord is as short as expected, lights get quite warm but not what I'd consider actually hot after several hours of runtime, so if you did want to put them on the floor I think you'd be fine.

Oh, and they're plenty bright. I'd peg the color as more neutral than "cool" - doesn't register as blue to me, and if you throw on an incandescent you won't get additional brightness but everything will yellow, if you get what I'm saying. Obviously eyes and mileage vary.

Overall I'm pleased, although this should be the everyday price point rather than "clearance."

My two lights came in new, not used, in their own factory sealed boxes, inside a bigger FedEx box with air baggies. The plastic washer on the tripod were undamaged, so no wobbling for either of them.

I plugged them to one of those portable batteries that have LCD screen showing usage etc. - 50w for one light, 101w for two lights. Probably not as bright as the one from Amazon that uses total 150w for 3 lights. It sure uses less electricity.

Absolutely curious to hear your reasoning - is this just a general "all LED lights are a rip-off" position or the Hart lights, specifically?

Agreed that $110 ea for the Husky version seems overly dear, but considering overall prices in the age of orangemanflation these seem quite reasonable. Or are you just sh*tposting?

Really appreciate the info - not all heroes wear capes.
Not bad. Sturdy enough. Lightweight. One box wasn't taped and the instructions were gone out of the box, but was completely new. Other one was fine. They are bright enough, and good enough for what they are. Quick carry around the house and shed thing. So a bit of a sh*tpost. Not worth close to $100 tho...

I see what you are saying, they do provide lighting but for painting etc seeing minor imperfections or lines it just isn't that impressive in my personal experience compared to what modern led technically is. It is fairly cool seems like 6000k so very different to what you would see under "normal lighting" conditions. You could take the $15 led from any hardware store which screws into a light socket and it puts off the same if not more light than this, and comparing it to the 2000 lumen harbor freight lights which are $12ish on sale this is similar to two of those. Love the tripod and directional idea just not worth $50 after tax if you are looking to light up a garage or slightly larger bedroom.
