if u don't care for better nuilt in speakers and metal casing housing, then this is pretty good. Apple charges more for the matte finish screen.
Additionally, compared to the Studio Display, this the ViewFinity S9 has an external power brick (the Studio Display's is internal) which may be inconvenient with some desk setups.
