Might get more at some point but yes since its refurb the stock changes/limited. all they have is the i5's atm. its 449 instead of 469 so probably negligent difference in price. The i10s/i11s are so far behind 12/13/14th gen don't think I can bring myself to get a 10th gen and you would need to half this price again for me to get an 11. either i5 or i7.

Some "Dell Refurbished" (actually it's Fedex Recycling) deals are good.
This isn't one of them.

Many of these Latitudes might have gone through several different owners over the years. Search Dell Communities, Reddit, etc.

I ordered two separate "Grade A" quality units. Both arrived with scratches, warn track pads and tiny missing paint chips. Unbelievable.

YMMV.
My two separate orders were VERY USED and not treaated well in the past.

Bought the other deal with the 5560 i7 522c32gb for 321 after tax. Came pre-installed with an EY consulting version of windows. Going to see what files are left on here!

I bought one a few months ago and can second this assessment. On top, mine came with a non-activated Windows license. In order to activate it, I had to contact support multiple times. They sent me instruction via email. It required me to download a fresh copy of Windows from MS, create an installation disk and re-install the OS layer and activate. It ate up time, and resources. Plus, I needed to find a USB flash drive that could be formatted for creating the installation disk. Your savings are not as substantial as they seem.
If I buy again, I would wait for Latitudes with 12th Gen Intel or later.
