You are thinking of Sharp. Panasonic was never sold.
Is this the Panasonic many of us grew up to know and trust, or is it another zombie brand that has just been scooped up by a Chinese manufacturer to disguise/rebadge their own products?
I just jumped on the skullcandy Indy anc deal, for $20 the anc is good.

I have jlab go air pop, very good sound quality, but lacks anc. However it is usually on sale at $15 and sometimes even $7, i would say it worth every penny.
Agreed, and when looking at these vs jlab on rtings.. i wouldn't waste my money here, atleast not for my use case.

I did as well and I've been using them however I get a very annoying high pitched squal during some ANC situations and persistent during the ambient mode. You too? Considering getting these and keeping the better of the two

The only other pair of wireless buds I've owned were a pair of Rademax and these B310Ws sound better than those do/did, are more comfortable, and I like the touch controls more. I'd say a win at this price.
If you ordered this, check your product carefully! I just got mine in the mail and they sent me the cheaper RZ-B110W model without ANC. Is this an intentional bait and switch?

Yikes, sorry to hear.
Haven't used mine yet so ran over to my package, and mine is RZ-B310W so I received the correct product.
Edit: Just tried them and the plastic case does indeed say "RZ-B310W" but can't hear any active noise cancellation. I have the airpod pros which do, so definitely not worth it, and the audio just seems like $10 headphones.
