Edit: I've personally traded in several devices (phones and watch) in Mountain View. In all instances they physically took the device and gave me credit instantly. I can't personally vouch for the other stores.

Worth rolling the dice or their trade in is a pita?
Ordered 6th gen from Walmart and setup a trade-in.
So, with taxes, it is going to cost me $110 (iPad including taxes) and $46 taxes.
Not cheap.
I live 30 mins from Mountain View. Not sure if I should go to the store to trade-in once the iPad arrives. May be worth the hassle of waiting to hear back on trade-in value. I hope this deal still runs until the iPad arrives.

It is, Google has a typo. There is 5 gens of iPad Pros, but gen 1 was 9.7", gen 2 was 10.5". The first iPad Pro with 11" was the 3rd gen with the boxy design. They list all 5 gens on the trade-in.This was wrong. iPad Pro gen 1 (9.7") and gen 2 (10.5") are not included in this deal.

I'm subscribed to monthly 200MB Google One plan. So, only 3% cash back.
FYI, this works on just the stand alone tablet as well, you don't need the dock.
Yes, it should. They list iPad Pro 1st gen 11" but it should actually be iPad Pro 1st gen 9.7" (2016). There was no 11" gen 1 iPad Pro - the first 11" iPad Pro is gen 3 (2018).This was wrong. iPad Pro gen 1 (9.7") and gen 2 (10.5") are not included in this deal.
