EBL, tenergy, any of the other off brands have all had 50% or more failure rate (all MIC). So I will not be buying them again.

Due to these not consistently being the correct size of AA batteries, I would pass and go for a major brand, even if they say the maH or whatever is less. At least they will fit in products that take batteries.

I just pulled them from my DSLR camera.
This measures any battery, for example fresh car battery reads 2 mOhm.
PS my ToolkitRC refuses to measure NiMH IR, just lipo\lion with balance leads
