Just to let people know. These batteries are fatter than normal batteries. I bought these without realizing since I didn't open them right away and couldn't return.
I noticed all my Amazon batteries get hotter than my Eneloops while charging. Also, many recent reviews are "not great".

However, worth noting these are going for less than $1/per whereas Eneloops recently hit $3+/per. I put Amazon batteries in devices I care less about and save the Eneloops for nicer gear.

They are in any case better than using Alkalines -- I have yet to have a NiMH leak and destroy a device.

Thanks so much. I like this generation of Amazon Basics batteries as opposed to the white ones with the green tops (at least half of the ones I have are dead now which is very frustrating).

I have tons of these that are AAA and haven't had one fail yet.

Also, I haven't seen any decent AA rechargeables on here for a while unless you buy a new charger with it.

Nice find. S&S is a bit cheaper and I am in no real rush.

Somewhat annoyed because it's presenting me with the 20% off $50 for select items but I can't find a decent combination of items to hit it. I need AAAs, but $15 for 12 while 24 is $19 strikes me as a very bad deal indeed.

Most threads that I have seen say these are inferior batteries. I bought some years ago that were made in Japan and fantastic. I guess it's a gamble now.

In 4 the 16-pack. It's the only one that has a 10% S&S discount available. Comes out to $14.19 ($0.89/ea) which is only 8 cents more per battery than the 24-pack but I have no need for that many batteries. My Eneloops have been leaking and dying on me so willing to give these a go. Thanks!

I use these all the time in my business for keyboards and mice and blood pressure cuffs. At home great for kids toys, remotes, etc. Are they as good as Eneloops...no...do I need Eneloops in my kids toys...no

Nothing fancy, the most important thing to me is they don't leak in case you forget them by mistake.

If you buy 3x of that 24 packs, you'll get 20% off the 3x items
