I received the offer this time even though I didn't use the last one. The key is to keep adding all your available offers, otherwise it will only show you 100 available offers.
I never knew this. I added all 100 to my card and refreshed and there were 100 more offers for me to accept! Thanks for the tip!

eh, Dell Amex offers are common enough that these almost serve as a reminder to check your offers. In the past 6 years, I've had all $120 off $600, $40 off $200, $50 off 100, and now the $50 off $250, all in one card. I've only used the $120 off $600 so far (about 5 years ago) and never saw that one pop up again, though.
the Amex gods have shined down on you. You prob. have a annual fee card too.

I have been banned from Dell because I bought 3 laptops in the last year. They now cancel any order that has my address in it.

They are the first company I have ever encountered that doesn't want people to buy their product.
Samsung does the same thing for accounts that get discounts like EPP and Edu. They don't want people to buy at discounts and resell.

I only have blue cash no annual fee card and I have the deal. Wife has platinum and she has it as well. Plus, platinum is $695 not $300, but if you know how to use its perks it is free or you may be in positive.

You're out of touch with reality. I get these offers on my no fee Amex Blue and other cards. And there are millions of people that have the platinum card alone. People also make their annual fees back in savings if they are smart. So yes it's true, there are literally millions of people getting these offers. And many people get multiple ones. I had SIX $40 off $200 Amex offers between my cards and my wife's cards the last time.

It was already in mine, but in total I have 245 offers. Doesn't hurt to try.

I pay $75/yr for my blue cash (which doubles the rewards). The 6% cash back on groceries alone pays the $75 annual fee and then some (for years we had 8 people in the house).

There is more to this than just this one offer. This is the cherry on top for me.

Can this be used on Dell Refurbished site?
Nope its only for Dell Technologies or dell.com. However you can use dell refurbished but it will not track for the credit and then you will have to email customer support and they can adjust but it is a hassle.

I bought a laptop using this offer but the strange thing is that the AMEX email says $40 off $200 instead of the $50 off $250

Edit: actually got 2 emails one with $40 off $200 and other with $50 off $250. So I guess $50 off would be valid based on the current active offer
