Do yourself a favor. Mix up a small onion (diced), 8 oz of shredded Swiss cheese, and 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise. Mix together, then spoon onto rye chips arranged on a cookie sheet. Put under the broiler until melted and serve.

This recipe used to be on the box of Pinahs rie crackers, it works better with those since they are larger in size (though those cost considerably more on Amazon as they are hard to find outside of WI). For even more flavor, splash in some Worcestershire sauce to the mix before spooning it out.

I love these things (who doesn't?) but getting them via Subscribe and Save is a great way to get a bag of crumbs. They always found a way to pack it with a brick and a hammer in the same box.

Love these, but too much of a good thing when I got a bag. I would not have believed it. I prefer the whole variety of the mix better.

Have ordered on S & S for awhile, not only do they always ship with something heavy & destroy them, but as of last month, they placed a 2 bag limit on my orders ? Must not be able to get them ? And PS : price goes up on the 2nd order !

I use these with the three Chex blend (corn, rice, wheat), pretzels and such to make *real" Chex mix. It was always so much better homemade with mixed nuts and such. And then society got lazy buying a bag of seasoned nothingness. Go get some garlic and Worcestershire and make some with the pieces you like best!

I never liked the garlic chips in this deal as a kid but do now. And I cannot find bagel chips at a decent price. And wheat Chex? Blech! but like them now.

The product is fantastic, but I advise not to order it off Amazon. I bought it a couple times and it was absolutely crushed to the point where you can only eat it with a spoon.
