Yep. Bought the same one five months ago for the same price. Still doing its job and charging fast. 🫡
Seems like a bad deal.

I just bought my wife this dual 45W one for $10:

https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0CGN8Z6J7

Twice as many ports. More than twice the power. Only twice the price.
Hmm, 2 pack at Walmart is 9.99. Seems like a normal price for this item. Original 29.99 price is misleading.

How can you verify it is 90w? I bought something similar to this one, and when I plugged it into my Moto phone, it takes a long time to fully charge, and it does not indicate fast charging nor turbo charging.

That sucks. Usually phones indicate if they are fast charging.

There's a limit to how much wattage these cheap chargers can negotiate if they don't include a charge controller. At the same time, if the charger has a charge controller and you use a cable that isn't tagged for a certain wattage, it will charge at a limited safe wattage.

Your device should have a recommended charging protocol which should match the capabilities of the charger and cables used.

For example, if it supports USB-PD, you need a USB-PD capable charger as well as a USB-PD capable cable.

90w on a cigarette port charger? Curious, what do these chargers consume when idle, i.e. left plugged in cigarette port with a USB-C - USB-C wire dangling and not connected to any device?

I'm afraid this could run out the charge on my car battery and end up requiring a jump start. Or do modern cars have fail safes to prevent that from happening? Would like to know.

Thanks for your reply. I did use the original Moto phone cable (heavy duty) but it still not show fast charging nor turbo charging, as it is indicated while I use its included AC adapter. Do you think a 90w cigarette charger that is small in physical size? I imagine it should be bigger to fill with heavy duty electronic parts.

You can also use it to light up cigarettes after a few minutes at 90W!

I bought one of these several months ago, and I would NOT recommend it. It feels solid and looks nice, but it does not stay seated in the port in my car, it can easy pop out.

There are lots of cheapo car chargers all over amazon and aliexpress, but from my experience, you get what you pay for, the more expensive/brand name ones always fit properly and are usually not made from cheap plastic all around.

Any good?

Yes. I have two of them and they charge fast and stay plugged in. A great charger for $5. I love the fact that I get into my car after work and plug my phone in and it's 30% and 30 mins later when I get home it's 75% or more.
