Deleted the msg just for you but if you think most dental clinic recommend a certain brand because they actually care for you and not about their pocket then alls good.

Imagine all the reviewers that don't recommend it because of their bad experience? They aren't dentists for sure 😂

Thanks, ordered one. I almost pulled the trigger on the 2100 earlier this week for the same price, glad I waited!

Just got this after dentist gave me stern talking to about gum recession, gingivitis, and brushing too hard. Had never used electric toothbrush before. Thought they'd be gimmick

On first brushing, kind of amazed. Requires very little effort and teeth are noticeably cleaner and remaining that way until next morning to a far greater degree than after using manual toothbrush every night

Definitely worth it, so far anyway. And apparently the motor kicks in slowly over first two weeks of use or something. So I ain't seen nothing yet when it comes to this thing's power lol

Imagine being a random message board user on the Internet and thinking you know better than the dentist that just poked around in some dudes mouth for half an hour.

I can't grasp the inflated ego one must have to post this and think they're helping anything.

Looking at Slickdeals history $30 seems to be the typical price when this goes on sale at Amazon or Best Buy. Though $28 at Walgreens a few times

I've been using this for 5+ years and it's been the most reliable sonicare I've ever used. I'm patiently waiting for it to die so I can get a nicer one I've been eyeing at Costco but this damn thing just won't die!

I've actually wondered about the ultrasonic cavitation. If you look at the tool the dentists use, and even fat loss via ultrasonic cavitation (I know it sounds made up, just look it up), it seems to be very effective, if quite a few notches down in intensity. It basically nudges everything out. This seems to actually be ideal for removing the gunk between your teeth without exerting an inordinate amount of force. Phillips doesn't advertise it as an ultrasonic device, but I can attest to it vibrating quite a bit lol

Am I the only one who has issue with these? The connector always becomes loose in matter of 2-3 months where it plugs into brush. I have been just replacing it as these deals pop up. But I cannot be the only one with this issue.

Same here. Impulsively bought it during a Black Friday sale at least 8 or 9 years ago and it hasn't lost its power. Pleasantly surprised lol.

Make sure you put in some deal alerts for the replacement heads. Can be pricey without a deal.

If you are excited about the electric toothbrush, you would be even more excited about a Waterpik. Recommend you look into that if you don't have one already.

The package of 4100 at Target shows "5x better plaque removal", but the package of 4100 at other stores shows "7x better plaque removal". They are all 4100. Does anyone have any idea?
