Deal History includes data from multiple reputable stores, such as Best Buy, Target, and Walmart. The lowest price among stores for a given day is selected as the "Sale Price".
Sale Price does not include sale prices at Amazon unless a deal was posted by a community member.
Bought about half a dozen of those from Costco over the years they all went back because they go bad after about a year of normal use but for this price it's not bad you don't expect it to last forever

Mine just started leaking a few weeks ago after about 2 years of periodic usage. The glass is just glued (silicone?) to the metal heater base and it just gave up. At this price I'm not sure it matters but I thought I'd share my experience

Bought a chefman's electric kettle before. In about a year for some reason, the kettle and base wont detect the connection when i turned it on and the base started to get stuck to the kettle. It took me a few more months to find out the plastic was starting to melt because there was a smell.
Plastic water has long side effect to cause cancer...
Thanks, good reason to avoid

A strange update on this kettle. Walmart has resupplied, removed the clearance tag, and now sells it for $23.97. Guess it sold so well, that Walmart decided to offer it again at normal price.
