BTW, per google a serving of carrot (61g "medium"carrot ) has 6g of carbs. This bar has 2g per 25g perving yet. Assuming serving size was the same between the two you are pretty much equal keto-wise regardless. The brownie does have 4 times the calories per suggested serving too. Carrot loses out on protein...slightly.
So still "low" carbs?
Same here actually. My point was supplementing brownies in place of such a low cal / carb veggie might be the wrong strategy regardless of diet. *unless you are allergic to carrots of course.

Veggies are still much more friendly to keto than fruits.
I'm no expert on keto but some say you can have some carbs. Most people I talked to say up to 15g carbs per day. Some say 10,some say 50
Personally I don't count carbs. I count total calories, protein, and fiber for everything I eat
Keto influencers claim carbs spike glucose /insulin after a meal making the body switch to fat storage. So they claim all carbs are bad but fiber.
Anyway diet debates are endless and slick deals not the place for it

Rule of thumb from my experience has been to eat stuff that is naturally grown without chemicals. Would you want to consume stuff that will come up in a later study debunking the debunk? It has happened so many times that I have lost count.
Just stop buying this crap and have real food.
