Don't know what i'm going to do with a 3ft cable but for $1 i'll bite
It's a little bit on the short side, most cables for TVs should be 6ft or more if you want something placed in a cabinet. It's great for docking stations.

not that I know of; everything seems to be normal but would it be something that is invisible to the naked human eye? or hard to detect like frame rate?
