No that's why we order separately. One person orders $10+ using free burger and other person orders $10+ using free milkshake offer.

It's not rocket science, as long as you make separate $10 orders you can get whatever you want free burger or free milkshake.

I disagree. The milkshakes are quite tasty, and the burgers (at least at my location) are very soggy and sad.

The chicken isn't bad though, maybe less grease to soak the bun?

I went there once during the free chicken sandwich promo about 6 months ago. I ordered online and picked up. The drive there and back was probably about 25 minutes. The food tasted boring. Not really much more than Mc Dicks. I got this smoke burger. It is not very good. It tastes like a cold burger with vinegar vegetables on it. I didnt notice any smoke taste or smell. I don't think I will go back. Even Carls is better food. I had high hopes, that's probably why I'm mad.
