Decent price for this 60v circular saw. Far more powerful than most of the 20v including Flexvolt Advantage stuff. Home Depot currently has it on sale for $199, normally $269. Amazon non-authorized resellers can be found selling this for $175ish.

Woot has some deals on the 2Ah/6Ah, 3Ah/9Ah, and 4Ah/12Ah batteries as well if you need them.

This is the one you want.

More power than a corded circ saw.

I use this daily cutting 2" hardwood countertops.

Note that this only uses the 60v batteries, not the 20v.

So all your other 20v tools CAN use the 60v batteries, but this tool CAN'T use the 20v (hope that makes sense).
Torque Test YouTube channel was very impressed with this saw: https://youtu.be/2Cjf0beYXfU?si=43o-NUTjCkXVS1UB
Carpenter here, this is my daily saw, I've cut every type of wood, metal rebar, and even concrete with this bad boy. I'm never going back to corded.

It's a nice saw for sure. Keep in mind, the worm drive style can't be used one handed very easy. I think it's easier to hold a straight rip with it though.

Thanks for the input, definitely helps, as one of the things I liked about my Skilsaw was being able to use it one-handed. Bummer.

I have both saws. Had this one, love it, but wanted the blade on the left. Bought the "worm drive" one. Barely use it. It is very heavy and elongated. Like notslow said, good for long rips and such but for everyday stuff this one is easier to work with. My $.02

Thanks! Makes the decision a lot easier, too bad though.

This thing is bad ass. One of my batteries died though. Which a 60v battery deal would come up.

Batteries should have a three year warranty.

Even if you don't have receipt, the date is stamped into the top of the case.

If out of warranty, you have to open the case and swap out the dead cell(s), YouTube

Last week Woot had a bunch 60v batteries....

Yup, Links to all the 60v batteries they have, but none with a charger, so don't forget that unless you already have one! The 20v chargers will also charge these.

I would write to Woot (owned by Amazon), they should take care of you at least with a refund or maybe ask for a partial refund if they run out of stock. They're usually pretty good. All their stuff is new unless it clearly says Open Box in the posting, which this did not. Hopefully they help you out, cheers!

Yikes, I ordered on from this deal too, but I'm still waiting. Hopefully, for those that this happened to, Woot will take care of it somehow. This was clearly listed as new and not "open box", so they should not be selling used stuff. I'm curious while I wait for mine, did the box look like it was new/sealed and original packaging?
