Just used it on an account that had a free trial that expired earlier today (and I've had several other free trials on the same account)

This worked for me. Been only using trials for years. Typically give a week or two before redeem a new trial from 3rd party partners but this coming from Apple helps too.

Nope! I tried and it said, I have to wait until my current subscription runs out on June 20, 2024.

I have done numerous free trials.
Recently waited for a trial to end, then tried to redeem 3 free months from a Best Buy purchase and it said i was NOT eligible
But this one worked fine

I recently got a BB email w/ 3 months code and it worked so this can't be stacked with that. Used to be able to stack so many random codes on AAPL TV+ so either they started limiting or I'm getting to the end of my free days (been about 2yrs free).

As long as the current trial ends before October 30th you can then use this link to get the two months.
