1) Link doesn't work for mobile
2) it's NOT for spot. It's any quantity for $3.99 over spot.
3) limit 5 do you need to pay tax? I don't see the likit

Sorry. The link is an issue with Slickdeals. The deal was live yesterday but may have expired. Tax is determined by state. Some tax some don't.
