As a runner, these are generally regarded as almost the exact opposite of what you said by runners. It's generally considered to be an okay running shoe but it's more focused on being a fashion shoe. It's probably decent for either, but there's better options for either use. I ran in a pair for a few hundred miles then retired them from running and switched to using them for every day shoes

Are these Ultraboost really comfortable?
I tried them on, and they were super snug, a bit on the smaller size with my toe.
But not as comfortable as my Asics Gel
Or just marketing crap?
These are more running focused. If you want the more casual look and more everyday use the DNA is more appropriate and shaped. These are comfy, yes, but it can be argued that these absolutely have a running-shoe look and use in mind, versus casual walking-everyday of the the DNA shoe.
Dang none in the photo mentioned for size 10.5. These are my daily shoes but playing pickleball in them I feel like my toes about to pop through the sidewall

It varies by style, but these specific Ultraboosts are a particularly snug sock-like fit for running. I bought them as an "around the house" shoe and immediately regretted it. They're way too snug everywhere. I also have to go up a full size from any other sneaker I've ever worn just to fit in the shoe lengthwise. The sole is comfortable, though.
The decimal-numbered Ultraboosts (or DNA) are the ones that offer a bit more room, and are meant for casual wear.
I remember when hyped ultra boosts anything under $150, would sell out instantly. I'd still buy it at this price since it's a solid shoe. In recencyeara and months I've been buying more adidas budget level shoes like Duramo, sambas and most recently the terrex hiking sneakers.
