The paperclip reset hole on the same panel as an outlet feels like a stealth Darwin experiment.
I bought one last week from woot and I regret buying this. The form factor is too big for travel. I thought it would be similar to nice tiny ones from Anker I had before.

Super limited use case but I've been looking for a good USB outlet/grommet outlet for a behind-the-sofa table and this small form factor and price seems like a no brainer to build in a small compartment for the USB ports to stick out. All of the USB grommet outlets I've seen are much more expensive or don't include both USB C and USB A
I've had mine for about a day now. It looks nice and is well built.
I put it on an end table by our couch. It's actually heavy enough that it will stay put despite the tension of the cord pulling on it.
It will charge a phone or a trio of USB devices quite well as long as you are aware that it tops out at 18 watts. It's totally fine for charging a phone and some wireless earbuds. I could see this being nice for a bedside end table where you might have a tablet, phone, and a smart watch all plugged in but not necessarily needing them all charged quickly.
If you need more watts, say for playing a Steam Deck or using a laptop, it's rather trivial to hook up a 45+ watt plug into the AC outlet and use that, in addition to the three built-in USB ports, and it being on the end table gives me enough reach to remain comfortable.
I really like that it has an on and off switch like a surge protector.

For anyone interested, the outlet section is roughly the size of a baseball in your hand.

Lol. I am wondering if anyone asked to provide it in inches.
