Good point. This is for people that love to look at themselves in the mirror. If the tall one was was full screen it would be great for workout videos but the screen is only a small portion of the mirror.

I have one. It's definitely not worth their full msrp. It's pretty much all plastic except for the mounting brackets and hardware. It's basically an android tablet behind the screen that you can cast video to or use as a tablet. I picked it up for $199 a while back at a home goods store. Overall it's just ok, not great.

Do you think it's easy to replace the tablet behind the mirror? *edit* or, are there ways to install other apps on the tablet? do you think the tablet will continue to work if the company goes bankrupt?

I'm a little concerned about planned obsolescence since my Facebook picture frame stopped working, including all the previously supported apps. I'm hoping I can continue to use it in some way.

is the mirror itself at least decent quality?

I'm gonna risk it. I'm assuming it's just android so it could always be rooted to work without needing the company to be around

I am worried about this company going under everything on their site is "sold out" & their social media posts are from years ago. Hopefully this thing is cool & stays working. You currently get 10% off applied at checkout when buying on the Woot App. 10% off Says Prime Discount so maybe its only for amazon prime members. the 22.5x60 in mirror ended up being $171.

From the few reviews I read, the tablet is based on Android 10. Doesn't include Google Play store but probably can be side loaded. The fact that it is Android means you're probably safe. This is a great price considering I built my own smart mirror for around $120 but doesn't look as nearly as nice and doesn't have a working touchscreen like this one.

I'm trying to find an excuse to buy one...
