Comcast Xfinity customers can get the movie Forest Gump free as a digitaltal reward. The movie scored 76% on rotten tomatoes. It is NOT movies anywhere compatible meaning you'll need the xfinity app or set top box to play it.

Think about the all movies that have come out so far this year , almost halfway through the 2024 . There was nothing I would want to rewatch.

These are just Some of the movies theatergoers had to choose from in 1994 : Forrest Gump, The Lion King, True Lies, The Santa Claus, Clear and Present Danger, Speed, The Mask, Mrs Doubtfire, Interview w/ vampire, Maverick, Schindler's List, The Client, Philadelphia, Ace Ventura, Wolf, Pulp Fiction, Stargate, Star Trek, Pulp Fiction, Dumb & Dumber, 4 Weddings and Funeral, The Naked Gun, The Crow, The Pelican Brief, Natural Born Killers, TimeCop, Disclosure, City Slickers, Beverly Hills Cop 2, Tombstone, Wyatt Earp, Jungle Book , The Professional , Shawshank Redemption .

What happened to the movie industry? Nobody is going to want to see The Fall Guy or Challengers 30 years from now.
Just wanted to note that Beverly Hills Cop 2, City Slickers, Schindler's List, The Pelican Brief, Philadelphia, Mrs Doubtfire, and Tombstone were not released in 1994 - Beverly Hills Cop 2 was 1987, City Slickers was 1991 and the others listed were 1993. Also, the Naked Gun released in '94 was the far inferior third installment "Naked Gun 33 1/3: The Final Insult" - not the original. Not sure I am ranking Timecop or Disclosure over anything I have seen this year either.

I should have followed Lieutenant Dan's lead back then and invested in Apple at the time.

Just an FYI, in the past they have charged for the movie price + tax
Then they credit your bill for the movie price but NOT the tax.
So it's not really free, it costs about $1 depending on your tax rate.

I assume they are still doing this but will happily pick it up if someone can confirm they no longer keep the tax...
Thanks, not worth $1

I'm on the rewards site (https://customer.xfinity.com/rewards) and I don't see the 'purchases' menu where I can find my movies anywhere.

aw, man...I just realized I'm about to lose all of my Xfinity movies. We just moved, and we put the Internet in my son's name and his own account.

Never done this to me and I've gotten every free movie so far. Right after claiming movie you get a text saying 0 charge if you're worried.

I had a lapse in my service, but still had access.

Your Xfinity purchases are yours to keep, even if you cut your Xfinity service. To view your library of content go to: https://www.xfinity.com/stream/ and after logging in choose saved and then my purchases. All you comcast xfinity purchased and free movies you got will be listed along with your movies anywhere content if linked.
