as an owner of the power cutter tool who deals with breaking down cardboard boxes all the time, that thing is awesome. it absolutely melts corrugated packing material like nothing. no more awkward & possibly dangerous box cutter slicing, or trying to rip them in half like Hulk Hogan. best thing I've bought in a while
$20 is front page worthy? Does this never normally go on sale?
I bought the electric screwdriver for the server room at work a few months back. It's horrible. Lower power than a 5 year old black & decker one I have at home and loses its charge over a few weeks of sitting there. Even after a fresh charge it sounds so pathetic.

Not sure about this one. The glue gun and dremel are solid. The power cutter seems meh as it is mainly for plastic packaging and cardboard. The Worx screwdriver I have is more compact and out performs the Ryobi one (still have both since I got the Ryobi one in a bundle)

Was there a craft kit without the screwdriver? Maybe with a carving tool instead? I swear there was. I have the screwdriver already (honestly it's kinda big and lackluster)

+1 That is the deal I want as well. I'm not sure why the screwdriver would be attractive to anyone. The carver is unique and fits with the other 3 much better.

My understanding is that some of these Ryobi 4V batteries can be used for charging other devices (e.g. a phone) through the usb port, but some of them can't. Is there an easy way to tell which ones have this capability?

the old 4v was called Tek, the new line is called Lithium USB. the new one can charge other device, but it's just a 18650, you can't expect much of it.
Dammit, why am I attracted to adorable tiny tool sets like a moth to a flame? I do not need this, repeat do not need this…and yet, chances are I'll be searching for one before 10 min is up 🙄

This is a newer line and doesn't go on sale really. I'm not interested, but I know a few people were asking within the last week
