AFAICT it isn't intended to be what you'd use at all outdoors; I don't notice it being CMP / CMR rated; it is preterminated with plugs on the ends; and it's stranded cable; so basically not typically what one would choose to run permanently through / in / along walls, above ceilings and such unless one has some kind of conduit / raceway and it'd be suitable for the particular application given its "patch cord" characteristics.
So that'd make it rather long for most residential applications, handy for larger rooms / spaces one would more likely encounter in commercial uses.
Typically AFAIK one would typically want such patch cables point to point from infrastructure outlet receptacle or device A receptacle to the end device receptacle within a room / area served by a switch / outlet etc.
But for what it is it seems like a decent cable quantity 1 which would be better quality and lower cost than what one would DIY or could eliminate the hassles of using two shorter cables and an intermediate otherwise unnecessary switch on a longer indoor path to get from point to point.

But hey if the other cables work for you, good for you. I'd rather install something and have some confidence it'll still be working in 10+ years without degradation from the environmental stresses.
The cables from this deal would be what I'd use along a raceway or conduit / bundle indoors across a room, down a hallway, that sort of thing.
