Sofirn just put the SC13 on sale and I ordered one. My current pocket lights aren't usb-c rechargeable, so this is a pretty good upgrade. I've got a drawer full of sofirn lights and they're all incredible value.

Is the runtime on turbo just a few minutes? or 1 hour 20 min? 10 min difference between high and turbo seems a little off with the difference in lumens, but the 2min+1h 20 min is throwing me off.

It's a marketing gimmick that I think everyone has to do just because everyone else does it.
Look at the numbers but at the end of the day if you buy a good brand and a good battery you're going to be roughly in the same ballpark at given outputs so what you really need to focus in on are the features and color/ quality of the light. A lot of people prefer warmer tones at the expense of raw lumens.
I bought a 6k sofirn light and will never do that again. When you get that 4k to 5k color many folks just don't like to compromise on that anymore. It's just that big of a difference.
