Title says 10,000 but its only 1,000 D3

My blood tests showed low and my doc told me to supplement. They're in acceptable range now. Male early 30s. Diet may not always be the greatest which probably didn't help. I sunscreen liberally even in the winter time, not sure if all that spf reduced the amount of vitamin d I was getting from sun.

You need to overload on the beginning and then supplement. I'm no doctor, but that's what my own doc told me. I got other issues I need to fix, like lower the sugar levels first.

That's not true. Some people don't get enough sun to make D3 (or in their diet) in this case. There's definitely use for supplementing D. Have you not heard of osteomalacia or Ricketts? Please don't spread incorrect information.

I take D3 everyday. It works. I live in Florida, and my d3 levels are always low. Since taking D3 i'm now where I need to be.

I would say though that if LOW sunlight exposure or poor diet are causing you to have low D3 levels I would personally fix that before buying gummy vitamins.

Just in case anyone is foolish enough to take advice from a rando on SD, Vitamin D is likely the / one of the most important to supplement. Americans tend to have deficiency and for much of the country for most of the year you are too far north to get enough sunshine to produce any D.
