MA means Movies Anywhere which is a digital rights platform which allows some movies from Disney, Fox, Sony, Universal, and Warner Bros to be shared across streaming devices and platforms. It does not mean mature. When someone asks whether a movie is MA they're asking whether they'll have the digital rights to the movie across multiple platforms. With this deal, the moves that aren't MA are only available to you on Apple/iTunes platforms.

Not really unless they want to use iTunes which is a pain to deal with unless you are on Apple ecosystem.
Need to get these on other platforms like I invested mine into Movies Anywhere titles only, if not then only on Vudu. If someone wants to something like that they should pick one and go with that unless they are MA. Otherwise I will never buy different movies on different platforms, that's PITA.

As others have said, they just don't make good "offensive" comedy like this anymore. Being offensive was the funny part. Think about this exchange from Zoolander:

Matilda: I became...
Hansel: What?
Matilda: Bulimic.
Derek Zoolander: You can read minds?

Today, no one would dare make that joke because bulimia is an eating disorder and God-forbid you find even someone misunderstanding the name for it as funny. Today people get offended if you just use the wrong pronoun, and that simply doesn't make for good comedy.

A good deal if you're going to watch in the next decade. I'm starting to think buying them to collect might be a bad idea since Apple can expire the license at any time. (E.g. when you exceed the age of the oldest person alive). Pretty certain you won't be able to pass them on like dvds since they're incented to invalidate the license and resell.

Hardly. I have the original, unedited audio track for BS on cassette tape I play along to the muted video. We learn, we evolve - hopefully. Some don't.
