Just going to add my personal experience from the last ezcontacts deal posted here.

Purchased 4 packs of biweekly lenses for each eye in April. They sent me the wrong script, the axis on my script is 1.75 they sent 1.15.
I returned them, then it took three weeks to get my replacement shipped.

This time, they sent me 8 boxes of the correct prescription, but all for one eye…
Then found out I was charged ~$33 for the return, even though it was their error. No notation in Their order confirmation or an email, it just magically shows up as a charge on my credit card.

Still trying to reach them, as every time I call, I am on hold for over an hour.

Their customer service is easily the worst I've experienced ever with eye care.
Never any love for those of us with astigmatism. Feels crazy to me that after this many years there is still such a markup for astigmatism dailies. Over $800 before tax per year.
The fact that there's multiple "staff" swarming this deal is a red flag.

I'd really try to vet this site over the phone before ordering anything from them.

This is your eyesight you're talking about.

You are sort of right. I asked 1800Contacts to match EZcontacts and they wouldn't match it because it was a "sale" price. They would only match an everyday price. That is why I said to price match contactlensking.com. Contactlensking.com "regular" price was the same as EZContacts sale price so 1800Contacts would match it. Call their customer service, they are great!
Great point! I never even checked with ContactLensKing.com and should have mentioned that in the post. I will definitely check with them in the future. I was a little too excited about getting EZ, and then they showed up on Slickdeals! Smilie

I am seeing 279.75 for 4 boxes (Acuvue Oasys 1-Day Contact Lenses 90 Pack - QTY 4). Is the price listed in deal 67.95 for 1 90 days box?
I am seeing the same price as $279. So the price $67.95 is for 1 90 days box or am i missing something?. Thank you

A bit of a tangent so admins please delete if this is not relevant. I've been trying so hard to figure out how to wear contacts. I've been to two sittings with my eye doc and struggled really hard. Didn't get it in even ONCE. They told me they couldn't send me home with lenses because of legal issues...How on earth am I supposed to learn how to do this? Cough up $50 copay per appointment in vain? Ideally I'd love to try at home and figure it out. I've watched some YT videos and I know it's not gonna be easy. Anyone have any tips or suggestions?

Go to a different eye doctor that doesn't charge you each time you go in for a training session. Usually the fitting fee includes the training sessions, even if you have to return a couple times. If it takes longer than 3 times, I can understand if they charge you an office visit fee since they are having to pay a staff member to sit with you. Contacts aren't for everyone, sometimes it's better to stay with glasses or just wait a year and try again at a later time.

Definitely go with 800contacts if you can get them to price match. They are at least a reputable company. EZcontacts is sketchy and I wouldn't be surprised if their contacts are counterfeit. If it sounds too good to be true, then it probably is.

Just adding, after my last post about multiple issues with my order, someone from EZcontacts quoted me and posted on here to email them. Not sure why, but that post is deleted now.
Anyways, emailed ezcontacts customer service per their request, since waiting on the phone for hours got me nowhere.
Emailed two days ago. Still no response. Really weird to be told by someone from EZcontacts on here to email, and then be ghosted, when the issue for posting at all was their terrible customer service.

The 67.95 seems to be the price for one box only, which is decent and comperable to Costco prices.

I think the 4 box in the description is just a guide, meaning, if you want a 6 months supply, order 4 boxes. I know, misleading and unnecessary.

So many negative reviews here but I ordered from them twice and both orders were good and arrived within a week or 2. I usually order 3 years worth, this time i ordered 2 years and tried some new brand of contacts because they were so cheap. Planning to order again before my prescription expires.

Not for Astigmatism - not even close. That said, you really have to price it box vs box as Acuvue has a bunch of different variations of contact lenses. Again, though, their Astig prices are over $10 more per box vs Costco.

I wear biomedics 55 which is contact lenses that last for 2 weeks. I never worn 1 day contacts but even in deals like this, it always cost more than 2 week contact lens right? The big thing here though is with these, you don't need contact solution and you throw them out after each use so there is little concern about a contact lens breaking or it scratched in the 2 weeks or so? So it makes sense that 1 day contacts could be better pricewise if you are prone to breaking contacts less than 2 weeks on average?

Brother got it and it's made a world of difference for him. Think he paid $3k after insurance for both eyes.

I'm wearing glasses atm and will do LASIK soon but check up on contact prices just in case I want to hold out on it a bit longer.

He does not have any side effects, thankfully.
Recently have seriously looked into it. -5, -6 and stable vision for years now. Apparently my Dental Insurance offers Lasik. Price was $2195 per eye, but the closest provider under their plan is 3 hours away. Add in time off from work for 2 people, hotel stay for minimum of 2 days, as you need to check in a day after surgery. And the cost now is even more expensive then if i did it in town and paid out of pocket without using insurance.
