I'm on Simple Choice North America: Unlimited, no go.
When we get the phone and call to have the line ported, can they then say it wasn't eligible?
It seems like a decent deal since we need a new line anyway (though a free line woulc be a better deal).
Go to the store and speak to the manager. Show them the receipt. If that doesn't work try talking to tforce
My suggestion is going to the store, talk to the manager to pull out transaction to see what they can do. However, I don't think they can do much about it.

Also, what might be the best time to remove the $15 add-on? After receiving the device and porting-in the number?
Thanks!

To transfer your number, we need three things. Bring them to a T‑Mobile store, or call us to start the process.
1. Valid ID
2. Account number for your previous wireless account
3. PIN or passcode for the account
What do I tell them for #2 and #3 when the new phone is here? Appreciate any help.
