I would be a new customer, the cheapest plan I see 50$ a month per line . 600$ yearly that's including auto pay not included additional fees or phone . I wouldn't be opposed to 2 lines . I am in the market for a new plan my current mint plan ends 28th , I wouldn't mind updating my phone for 4-8$ additional a month.50$ a month I think is way too much just for phone service these days.

Hmmm.....I'm not seeing that. When I select upgrade, it changes to full price.

Not sure about the upgrade process. I was able to get this deal by adding a new line and porting in a Google Voice number.

I went through as a new customer.
Porting a number or new number both make me end up at regular price per month for stanjdard or plus in the end $90 inclusive of $60 plan and whjatever they charge non discounted

I was trying to add a line to my simple choice and it looks like I don't even have to port in a number to get the discounted price of $8.34/mo + $99.99 initial due (iPhone 14 plus 256GB).

However, at the end of the checkout, it's telling me my due monthly is $25/month. I thought Simple Choice is $10/ line. What am I doing wrong?

edit: NVM, at the final checkout, it shows the monthly due is $34.59 and not $8.34. So I still need to port in a number.

Basically your locked into t mobile for 24 months with this deal 🧐 not much of a deal unless you really want to be on t mobile for the next 2 years. Its a good price per month on last gen flagship iPhone assuming your not locked into their expensive unlimited plan deals. In recent months t mobile has been jacking up the prices on their new plans.

It's kinda funny how t mobile was chasing Verizon for all these years and they basically surpassed Verizon and started doing what Verizon did for ever which was make everything expensive and have no affordability and in recent years Verizon finally started becoming somewhat affordable.

did anyone order multiple?
I did 4 upgrades via Costco.
I am checking my Tmobile account for the labels and there is only 1 label for all 4 devices.
It's also going out via UPS instead of USPS (post office) like usual.

looks like there were issues with batteries in the past

Anyone know of a simple way to port my existing number from metro to a third-party carrier like AT&T, Verizon, etc., and then port it back to Tmobile? I'd like to leave metro for Tmobile as the flex plan is nothing special when I can add another simple choice line for $40 pre tax

Why do you think you need the SIM tray?
In the US, all the mobile carriers use eSIMs
Not for all plans and some small prepaid companies don't. Then there are people that travel not all countries have esim and if they do the prices are way more than local SIM cards
