Not sure how this is a deal. This is the every day price at Lowe's. And you know it's the everyday price because 50ft tubing + the 2 attachments makes it to about this price. Only Amazon was charging $25. I recommend just getting everything separately so you can run it the length you actually need.
Oh, SD staff posted it, that's why. Trick people to impulse buy a normal priced item for their cut 🙄

Agreed, this isn't as hot of a deal as it seems. I just bought a bunch of irrigation tubing and connectors.

Rolling your own is usually the way to go Staff aren't experts on every product, this has a decent discount from Amazon, but it's a hard item to compare. SDers opinion of the deal will help staff find better ones.
New home owner. What's a good, cheap and quick way to set up watering the grass using these. Can i just insert few small sprinklers in it and leave it in the grass?

would not recommend drip system or drip tubing for watering a lawn. PVC + actual sprinklers are what you're looking for

You wouldn't use this to water grass, get a cheap sprinkler attached to a garden hose
Does anyone have information to share to set up a new irrigation system for the backyard garden? I harvest rain from gutters but want it to get to my plants easily. Thanks in advance!

If you're watering grass, you want a regular hose and a sprinkler.
This is for drip irrigation. If you want quick and easy for flower beds get a soaker hose.

Does your barrel have a spigot?

Unless you live in a place with a lot of rain a standard rain barrel isn't gonna do much and probably won't be worth the trouble to set something up.
Calculate how much water your garden needs (>1" per week) and figure out how long your rain barrel will last. My guess is not that long. I have 2 4'x8' garden boxes and use ~24 gallons per week. Most rain barrels are about 50 gal.
