For this price, with a warranty, and from a seller with 10k reviews that are 98% positive, I'd say this isn't terribly risky. If you'd rather buy new, Amazon is selling this model for $260 right now.

The magnetic charger I wish comes with a bit more stronger magnet; comes loose much easier than my moms Apple Watch charger.
The band came loose playing basketball tonight (the little pin popped out from one of the band parts when my puny arm made a slight muscle during a bball movement and i had to pop it in and re-adjust the band to be a bit looser).
I prob will get another band like this thats cloth material and a bit more stretchier like maybe this one:

Note: if want to use the ECG feature, I think it needs another app installed from the Samsung App Store vs regular Play store (Samsung Health Monitor vs Samsung Health).

I have the BT version and wow this thing lasts for at least 3+ days. I'm not a heavy user, the watch face is mostly dark with slim white lettering to maximize battery, The only thing on is Bluetooth and notifications volume. I'm sure the LTE can get u 13+ hours. I'll be getting the LTE on Friday, and depending on how much battery life is, I will return the GPS version.
