Ordered!!!!

Absolutely spectacular deal for the G4. I had no idea I had partner store access, but the wife is a teacher with a verified ID.me account and that was all it took. $3087 shipped with VA tax for 77" G4.

GT had been down as low as $2850ish for the 77" G3, and I had been hoping to get costco in the $3000 range plus tax. But this is unheard of for the G4 which wasn't even on my radar. I'm sure its not a $1000 upgrade over the G3, but a G4 at this premium over bottom dollar G3 prices can't be beat.

HUGE THANKS to the OP!

This is a great deal. Once again people downvoting because they don't have access to partner store.

2897 for G4 77 with wall mount is hilariously good given the best deal for G3 77 was 2842 from greentoe without wall mount.

Is it worth getting the G4 for $3087 shipped? Or should I save almost $600 and go with the c4 for $2485? I can't decide. The TV is going in my basement mostly for gaming and watching sports. Tv shows / movies once in a while.
Funny question. Just go for the 83" in da basement.. go for broke and enjoy life

Dang 83" OOS, the 77" and 65" are back though. I'm guessing they're constantly replenishing the stock.

I can't even imagine getting a 100 inch OLED. That would be insane.

Way too much money out there still. Y'all gonna go broke. Save your credit debt for true needs. Better yet, save the cash, for you, your children or something productive. Anyone "upgrading" from CX or later is just a fool. Folks going bonkers for $4k OLED in 2024.. Pandemic is over and LG ain't got a monopoly anymore. LG is counting their wons and drooling

Now that 85" TVs are a dime a dozen this seems too small. Also is the G4 OLEDs as bright as the micro-LEDs now or at least using QD-OLED panels to achieve higher nits?

Are they in same price range? I think LG/Samys price point can never be touched by Sony.

I'm so annoyed. I had an id.me account set up and confirmed, but when I went to shop with LG I logged into an old account that didn't match my id.me email. LG asked if I wanted to link it and I said yes. Now I can't get into the LG site through id.me and if I log into ml the LG shop directly I get no discounts. I can't find a way to unlink the id.me account from LG. Does anyone know? I even tried deleting my LG accounts completely and using the correct one but LG doesn't ask to link accounts now., just that first time. Help!

Sonys not releasing a top end OLED this year. The 2023 A95L is running through 2025.

I placed an order for the 77" G4 in early May. It still has never shipped.

Saw that the Memorial Day 10% discount stacked with the partner store discount so I ordered -again- today.

Before doing so, I called twice to try and get LG to retroactively apply the 10% discount to my -first- order from early May. Neither of them would.

Should I cancel the first order, before it ships?

Or wait to hear back from the partner store team via email about this scenario, before canceling? When you -call- customer service, it's not the partner store you're talking to; I'm told they -only- communicate via email, hence my question here.
Lol so I'm in a similar position, I went ahead and placed a new order before cancelling my previous order which was still in the "processing" state. The site was being sketchy so I didn't want to cancel my first order before I was able to confirm I'd even be able to place a new order, and I didn't think I'd have an issue cancelling the first order since there was a cancel option available. Anyways, after clicking cancel on the first order I received an email saying the cancel is under review and that they'll be getting back to me in an hour or so depending on how busy they are. I'm hoping they aren't strict about their stupid 20 min cancellation rule in their fine print or I'm about to have two TVs shipped here, and I'd prefer to not have to deal with that headache. I have a feeling I'm going to regret trying to save the ~$300 dollar difference. I wish they were just cool and honored price adjustments like most other businesses.

Deling with the same nonsense, ordered last week w/ free soundbar, soundbar out of stock, so trying to get something for that, now the tv is cheaper... so I simply said just give me the difference and don't worry about the soundbar, I don't even care at this point, shipping is god awful slow, estimated delivery is a month out... it's insane and they said, we don't do discounts on prior orders... so I am trying to figure out what to do, messaging them on facebook as well
