Absolutely spectacular deal for the G4. I had no idea I had partner store access, but the wife is a teacher with a verified ID.me account and that was all it took. $3087 shipped with VA tax for 77" G4.
GT had been down as low as $2850ish for the 77" G3, and I had been hoping to get costco in the $3000 range plus tax. But this is unheard of for the G4 which wasn't even on my radar. I'm sure its not a $1000 upgrade over the G3, but a G4 at this premium over bottom dollar G3 prices can't be beat.

2897 for G4 77 with wall mount is hilariously good given the best deal for G3 77 was 2842 from greentoe without wall mount.

I realize we're all in here buying $3k+ televisions, but damn if thats not a lot of money for a sound bar.
Maybe its just me but that money would go well towards a nice starter surround set up (if you dont want big speakers get nice small ones)

Are you west coast? You can wheel and deal on Yamaha av receivers at Video Only. For speakers, im a huge fan of the Energy take classic speakers, but they only pop up here every once and a while. Id see what feature set you want from the yamaha aventage line, the base model might be good for you and likely had for that much. Check deals here for specific models of course, beach camera adorama retailers do deals often.
Edit: Yamaha receivers and av receiver in general, can see amazing mark downs each model year. generally there is very little changes between each model year so it's always cost-efficient to get a clearance model from last year. I once got an $800 receiver for 200 bucks right here on damn slick deals (an aventage of course).
One more edit: YOU DO NOT NEED $1000 SPEAKERS. My crystal clear 7.1 setup was about $360 (two energy classic packs and a pioneer sub)
