Absolutely spectacular deal for the G4. I had no idea I had partner store access, but the wife is a teacher with a verified ID.me account and that was all it took. $3087 shipped with VA tax for 77" G4.
GT had been down as low as $2850ish for the 77" G3, and I had been hoping to get costco in the $3000 range plus tax. But this is unheard of for the G4 which wasn't even on my radar. I'm sure its not a $1000 upgrade over the G3, but a G4 at this premium over bottom dollar G3 prices can't be beat.

I activated the offer and ordered an 83" on 5/22. I'm eagerly awaiting the estimated delivery of 6/25. The purchase was pending on my Citi DoubleCash card for a few days after ordering but has since disappeared. LG still shows the order status as processing.
Purchased a 77" on 5/21, selected 6/7 delivery. Received an automated appointment with Handy for TV mounting by LG, with a mounting date of 5/31 (??). Rescheduled mounting to 6/9 to give some time in case LG delivers late in the day on the 7th. On 6/5 my order status changes to "awaiting shipping." On 6/7, still says "awaiting shipping" and no TV is delivered. I call LG support and get hung up on the second I say "ordered from the Partner store." Rescheduled Handy for 6/15 and wait for an update on my LG order. On 6/9, my order gets a tracking number added but now the status says "Completed." I reach out to LG support this morning and they say that the shipper has the package, but can't deliver to me until LG schedules a delivery date (???). The support person schedules the delivery for 6/14 while we're on the phone, but there's no e-mail or phone confirmation from them. ALSO, the shipping number doesn't work on any websites (I tried RXO and the website that the customer support agent gave me). They mentioned the website they are using internally isn't customer facing so I wouldn't be able to track it like they can.
I'm surprised they're still in business. If I hadn't reached out, my order would've just sat there with no delivery and showing as "completed" on LG's website.
Is it this hard to schedule a delivery? Why is the customer having to manage everything?
The only good news out of this is somehow my AMEX offer got applied twice, so I got 2x 4% back. Seems like that price is being paid with stress & time.

Yeah their websites not good, so the same thing happened to basically right, it said completed the tracking number information didn't make any sense. You just know that either RXO or XPO has your shit so they ended up emailing me later the day to schedule delivery for thursday.
Tldr, LG drops the shit off on a dock and it takes them (insert regional logistics company) a while to get through the backlog, once they do you get an email to schedule your delivery

It's a real letdown. The website is still showing 77" G4 with delivery on 6/19 (as of yesterday at least), so I wonder how they can give estimates but can't give estimates. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
I was able to select 6/19 for delivery and now it shows "Awaiting Shipping" but I don't have a tracking number or anything to support it

Oh yeah its a mess, hope it all works out because its a hard lesson on such a big item. Trying to stay positive that the discount will be worth the hastle.
Might not be the same $4089 deal that OP posted from the partner store, but when you consider tax on the partner store, it ends up coming out pretty close (about a $450 difference for the Greentoe price)! Plus you have the added piece of mind for return option. The shipping company used by the retailer I got paired with is CEVA logistics for anyone wondering. I haven't received my unit yet but I put in the order Sunday and they already shipped it with an arrival date of Friday according to tracking info.
I placed my order on 5/21, original estimated delivery date of 6/7, got the weird call yesterday (6/10) saying no delivery estimate available, then today got a text message from LX Pantos USA to schedule my actual delivery. Picked the earliest date, so it's coming 6/20 now.

Hell man i still haven't got a shipped email. So nope, i did get one that said my item was "about to ship" but nothing after until the email from the delivery service. Check your oder status, if it says complete, then its probably been dropped off to the regional delivery service
